I have been fighting with them for almost 2 years over a fraudulent card in my name (with different address)that they kept assuring me would be fixed. I mentioned that in my Better Business Bureau complaint, and I think that may have been what got their attention. There are also class action suits currently going on that you may want to look into. Within 1 week I received 2 letters from Comenity apologizing and telling me that they were going to reverse the damage this had done to my credit score and send me a check, which I did not ask for. That's what I did, and that same day the Better Business Bureau contacted me. Go straight to the Better Business Bureau website and post your complaint, loud and clear. Well, don't try to talk to them because you'd be wasting your breath and your time. Who is the right outfit to talk to about this letter? I've never (nor my s.o.) have set up an account with Comenity Bank and again, did not apply for a VS credit card. "Your behavioral risk score as of Nov 09, 2021: 373 (This is different from your FICO (R) Score) Also, there was this following text near the bottom of the letter: I never (nor my s.o.) applied for a VS credit card, so did an actual fraudster tried to open an account under my name? Or is this letter a phishing scam itself? I noticed the typo "amounton" and was suspicious.
